Common Troubleshooting Questions
This message indicates that there is a mismatch of the sensor gas-type and the sensor-type in the monitor settings. To resolve, connect the sensor to the monitor or reconfigure the monitor for the correct gas type.
This message indicates that the sensor has exceeded its calibration interval. To resolve, contact ChemDAQ Technical Support to arrange for delivery of a new factory pre-calibrated sensor.
If the LED light on your sensor is yellow, it indicates that is approaching the need for calibration. If the LED light on your sensor is red, the sensor is past the calibration window and needs replaced. Please contact ChemDAQ technical support to arrange for delivery of a new factory pre-calibrated sensor.
This message indicates that the monitor is not connected to the sensor or it cannot communicate with it. Simply verify cable connections are secure and that the sensor is powered on.
