The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales goals within a defined territory. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and fostering long-term relationships to maximize ChemDAQ’s market presence.
Director of Engineering and Quality
We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering and Quality to lead and mentor a growing team of engineers, drive key product development initiatives, and oversee the Quality Department. This is a hands-on leadership role at the center of ChemDAQ's continued growth, requiring equal parts technical depth, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Customer Account Specialist
As a Customer Account Specialist, you will manage a defined portfolio of active ChemDAQ customer accounts and be responsible for the day-to-day decisions and activities necessary to maintain those relationships. This role combines customer relationship management, account coordination, service renewals, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination. You will think critically, make sound decisions, and adapt when circumstances do not fit a standard process.
Production Technician
This Production Technician role supports the Production & Technical Services Department. The position will be responsible for supporting a variety of manufacturing-related duties, including: product assembly, inventory management, order fulfillment, troubleshooting, and product modifications.
