Combustible

Properties and Applications:
Combustible gases are found in many applications, especially fuels, chemical processes and applications for the specific combustible gases. Unlike the ChemDAQ hydrocarbon sensor, the combustible sensors will respond to any combustible gas.

Notes:

  • Sensor responds to all combustible gases but should not be used in environments where volatile sulfur, silicon or lead compounds may be present since these may cause poisoning of the sensor.
  • The sensors can be calibrated for individual gases – contact ChemDAQ for more details.
