This is a free and easy way to train new employees or additional team members on the importance of chemical vapor monitoring and how to best implement your monitoring solution. Trainings can be scheduled virtually or in-person.*

The cost of the Extended Warranty Service Plan is calculated as a percentage of the current list price of your equipment, monitoring points, enclosures, and the duration of the term. Contact a Customer Account Manager to receive a quote: [email protected].
Payment is required in advance of the start of the term of the agreement.
All ChemDAQ products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the earlier of the date of commissioning by ChemDAQ or 120 days after the date of shipment. All customers receive the Warranty Service Plan for their first year after purchasing ChemDAQ equipment at no additional charge. Following the first year Limited Warranty period, customers can extend the warranty period through the purchase of the Extended Warranty Service Plan.
*The Extended Warranty Service Plan does not cover accessories, expendables, or on-site support. Technical support may only be available during regular business hours. Free overnight shipping for loaner units offered on requests placed before 1 p.m. EST and is contingent on product availability. Free trainings must be scheduled with a minimum of 45 days notice from desired training date. Requests for in-person trainings will be scheduled on a first come, first service basis and may be subject to incremental time and travel expenses. See full terms and conditions.
