ChemDAQ Signs Host of Distributors
Seven new partners to market and sell Steri-Trac® Gas Monitoring System

PITTSBURGH, PA – ChemDAQ, Inc. announced this week that they have reached agreements with seven new distributors, who will now carry the Steri-Trac gas monitoring system. The distributors are: Midwest Medical Consultants, Inc. (Youngstown, OH), Surgical Equipment LLC (Phoenix, AZ), Clever Solutions LTD (Trinidad, West Indies), Surgical Specialties of Georgia, LLC (Atlanta, GA), The RHINO Group, Inc. (Omaha, NE), Your Journey for Health (Denver, CO), and MAREC Inc. (Stratford, CT).

The distributors represent areas across the United States, as well as in the Caribbean with the signing of Clever Solutions LTD in Trinidad. "We're very excited about increasing the number of distributors that want to sell our product," says David Hilliker, ChemDAQ's President and CEO. "This increase means that there is more availability of the Steri-Trac system to hospitals that recognize the potential dangers of sterilant gas exposure to their employees. Our system allows them to monitor the workplace in order to ensure worker safety."

Including these most recent additions, 15 distribution companies have signed with ChemDAQ since August of this year. A major reason the Steri-Trac monitoring system is becoming so popular is its versatility. Currently, the system is capable of detecting Ethylene Oxide, Hydrogen Peroxide, and Ozone, with a sensor for Peracetic Acid to be released soon. "As all chemical sterilants are designed to kill microorganisms, they can be harmful to humans too if a leak should occur. Our main goal is to protect workers, no matter what method or chemical is used," Hilliker states.
